Array - Terms and Conditions
1. If for any reason the balloon has not been delivered
or has been damaged, Balloon Array must be notified
within 7 days of the delivery date
2. If for any reason the balloon arrives in a damaged
condition, the balloon delivery must be either refused
or posted back to us for a full refund only then will
we process the item for full refund including the
return postage
3. Balloon Array cannot be held responsible
for any information that has been entered incorrectly
when the customer places an order. All orders are
sent out in good faith that the address given is the
correct delivery address, when the goods have been
dispatch there is no way to change this information,
if necessary corrections need to be made by the customer
they must be made before 2.30pm on the day of dispatch
4. If the item ordered is not in stock,
we reserve the right to substitute your chosen balloon
with a similar design choice. Where possible, time
permitting we will contact you before dispatch to
give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting
the substituted item, all necessary steps will be
taken to contact the customer but if the customer
cannot be contacted before 2.30pm on the day of dispatch
then the substitution will be carried out at the descrestion
of Balloon Array
5. All deliveries are made by Royal
Mail, if the balloon is to be delivered by next day
Special Delivery then the balloon must be signed for.
If nobody is in at the delivery address a Royal Mail
card will be placed in the post box advising the recipient
how the delivery can be completed, once the balloon
has been signed for or the card has been delivered
Balloon Array can no longer be held responsible for
any delivery failures or indeed that the balloon arrives
to the correct recipient
6. Where the balloon has been ordered
by the customer to be delivered via 1st Class Royal
Mail, this delivery will not be guaranteed to be delivered
next day
7. We reserving the right to cancel
or refuse orders for items offered at an incorrect
price. Price and availability information is subject
to change without notice.
8. If for any reason Balloon Array is
unable to dispatch your order in full we reserve the
right to cancel the order and give a full refund
9. By submission of the order the customer
accepts these terms and conditions and authorizes
Balloon Array to take payment for the balloons selected.
10. Balloon Array do not deliver on
Bank Holidays or Sundays, if the order is placed for
delivery on Monday then the order must be placed by
3pm the Friday before
11. Special Delivery may take up to
3 days to the following postcodes: GY1,GY9,HS2,HS3,HS4,HS5,HS6,HS7,HS8,HS9,IV41-51,
IV55-56,PA61,PA62-75,PA76,PA78,ZE2-3,KW16-17,PH42,PH43-4
