Balloons are perishables and cannot be returned under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

If for any reason the balloon arrives in a damaged condition, the balloon delivery must be either refused or posted back to us for a full refund only then will we process the item for full refund including the return postage

If for any reason the balloon has not been delivered or has been damaged, Balloon Array must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date, please call our customer service department on 01858 410044 between the hours of 09.30 ' 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Under any other circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
