Balloon Array - Delivery Policy

Balloon Array offers two types of delivery service, Balloon in a box is a nation wide service, Royal Mail first class delivery is free and we offer Royal Mail special delivery service which guarantees next day delivery either before 9am or 1pm.

The balloon or balloons are delivered in a large box with co-ordinating tissuse paper and balloon confetti; when the recipient opens the box the balloon floats out as a surprise and is tied with curling ribbon to an attractive weight with your personalised message card

Balloon Array cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to industrial action also please see our terms and conditions for remote post codes were Royal Mail Special delivery is not guranteed and can take upto 3 days to arrive

Balloon Array will personally deliver all balloon in a box deliveries within the Market Harborough area but does reserve the right to post them

If for any reason the balloon arrives in a damaged condition, the balloon delivery must be either refused or posted back to us for a full refund only then will we process the item for full refund including the return postage

If for any reason the balloon has not been delivered or has been damaged, Balloon Array must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date, please call our customer service department on 01858 410044 between the hours of 09.30 ' 17.00 Monday to Friday.
